Simon has over 20 years of professional experience in finance, taxation and investment. He worked in the Transaction Services department of KPMG and PwC for over 10 years. He was involved in designing cross-border investment structures, tax planning, private equity investment, and merger and acquisition consulting of many well-known multinational companies and investment funds.  He served as the regional financial controller of a Hong Kong-listed telecommunications group, the strategy manager for an Australian mining giant, and the Group Accountant of North Asia in a well-known Singaporean family business. He is a CA Singapore and an FCCA in the UK.

苏港华先生拥有二十余年财税及投资领域专业经验。他曾在国际四大会计师事务所（毕马威和普华永道）投资及并购咨询部门工作十余年，是诸多著名跨国公司及基金公司跨境投资架构设计、税务筹划、私募投资、并购咨询等方面的资深顾问专家。他曾担任某香港电信业巨头上市公司亚太区财务总监、某澳洲矿业巨头战略咨询顾问、某新加坡著名家族企业北亚区集团会计师。他是新加坡注册会计师（CA Singapore）及英国资深特许公认会计师（FCCA）
